Show Gundog Working Certificate Day creates a new Champion

The Show Gundog Working Certificate was held at New Farm, Norton Nr Evesham on 14th November 2014. Judges were John Carter and Will Taylor. 

There were 8 dogs entered, including 6 WSS, 1 Clumber and 1 Sussex. Driving to the venue in pouring rain and dark clouds we were concerned that the event would have to be called off as the birds will not fly in the rain and visibility is poor.  The forecast said that the rain would clear before 10.00 and it was good to know that they had it right. The rain cleared and the eventually the sun came out and we were treated to a beautiful sunny and warm day and unimaginable an hour earlier. 
Janey Sutherland with Sh Ch Julita Rezanella of Jacranella, managed to pass both the land and water requirements of the Show Gundog Working Test. 

One of 4 dogs who passed the land test and went to the water Rezanella was the only one who retrieved from the water. As a Show Champion the SGWC makes her into a full Champion.
